My Introductory Hello to Everybody

My name is Cheryl Vereen. I am a senior at Albertus and will graduate on May 16th with a Bachelor's Degree. I have worked as an assistant teacher for the City of New Haven for about 17 years. I have 4 grown, wonderful children and 6 grandchildren of my own and will be getting married in July. I will then be blessed with 3 additional children and three additional grandchildren for a grand total of 7 children and 9 grandchildren. Just call us the "Brady Bunch." The first picture is one that someone else took and I cropped it. The second picture is one I took of myself. I will post more self-portraits soon on fotothing. I think I'll try taking a picture of myself in the mirror. I've never done that before. I wanted to set up my blog today and get the first assignment done. I am very excited about this course. This is my third online class and the third class I have taken with Professor Nevins. They have all been enlightning and wonderful experiences. I know I will learn so much more. Who knows... I might even learn how to pose and look natural, because I'm really not good at that. I look forward to meeting all of you and seeing your projects. I have chosen the theme of "Nature" as my project, because I have a strong passion for things found in nature. I find them so calming yet simple.
