Yesterday while on a hike, the I was able to capture
more trees as they continue the blooming process.
The bottom photo gave me an opportunity to show
depth. The middle photo shows various colors (subtly) of buds
on trees (a goal of mine is to try and capture moments as
the trees bud until they fully bloom, but also to show color.
The top photo was compelling to take because of how
these trees really stand out againt their surroundings.
The sun was directly above too as you can see the
shadows are nicely placed at the base of these trees.
Hurray for Spring!

Love the middle one!
ReplyDeleteGood to get out and walk like this... who ever thought a college class could be good for you like this?
The top photo is great. I can see the shadow below each tree from the sun as it cast down. I also like how you can see the brush in the background coming down on an angle.
ReplyDeleteYea Jerry, that's why I chose the "trees" idea. It gave me even more excuse to get out there and hike! I have to say too that a couple friends of mine have been helpful at capturing a couple of the photos along the way.
ReplyDeleteLove the second one. I automatically focused on the one red element in the photo which seems to be a tall, red can or piece of pottery.
